What Does the Lab Report Check?
A coconut oil sample supplied by Jeevanam Agro was tested by Radha Food and Water Testing Lab. Report RFWTL/0826/F/76, dated 7 September 2026, covers selected oil-quality and identity tests.
Selected Reported Results
Rancidity test: Negative.
Mineral oil test: Negative.
Halphen's test: Negative.
Results apply to the sample tested. The report does not measure cholesterol, trans fat, vitamins, MCTs or the other nutrition values shown above.
Why Does Coconut Oil Turn White or Solid?
Coconut oil changes appearance with temperature. It can be clear and translucent when warm, then turn cloudy, white or solid in cooler conditions.
This change alone does not indicate spoilage or prove whether an oil is pure or blended.
Making It Pourable Again
If needed, place the tightly closed bottle in warm, not boiling, water. Keep water out of the bottle and avoid direct heat.
