What Makes Our Bansi Atta Different?
Traditional Grain. Distinctive Taste.
Made from whole Bansi wheat, this atta brings a naturally golden colour and warm, nutty flavour to everyday meals.
Carefully Grown & Stone Ground
Our wheat is cultivated using cow-dung manure, then selected, cleaned and sun-dried before being stone ground in small batches.
A Closer Look at the Nutrition
Low sodium: 0.24 mg per 100 g of flour. Salt added during cooking increases the sodium in your finished meal.
Plant protein: 11.02 g per 100 g, naturally present in the wheat.
High dietary fibre: 9.08 g per 100 g, bringing whole-grain fibre to your everyday cooking.
These figures describe the flour, not a single roti or serving. Enjoy as part of a varied, balanced diet.

How Is Our Bansi Wheat Grown?
Traditional Seeds, Grown Again on Our Farms
We carefully select seeds from our traditional Bansi wheat crop and sow them again on our farms, continuing our seed-saving and cultivation practices.
Nourishing the Soil Naturally
Our wheat is grown without chemical fertilisers or pesticides. We use cow-dung manure, other animal manure or vermicompost to add organic matter and nutrients to the soil and support the growing crop.
Hands-On Care, From Harvest to Sorting
Harvesting, sorting and most major preparation activities are carried out by hand. The carefully prepared grains are then milled using a traditional stone chakki.
Carefully saved seeds. Naturally nourished soil. Hands-on care.

Good quality packaging and the atta is also very natural and soft. A little expensive but worth the money

It is actually resulting in better gut health due to the low GI. Even the chapatis are soft and earthy.
We are glad it helped you improve your gut health. Thank You
Been using this atta for last 2 months. Apart from the consistency, texture and taste, my morning are fresh. The bloating issue has reduced.
